Festive Holiday Smoothies

I wanted to create some fun and festive smoothies for you to enjoy. So today I’m sharing my Jolly Green Smoothie and my brand new Christmas Cranberry Smoothie recipes with you.

These smoothies taste great, and are loaded with spiritual superfoods to boost your spiritual energy and help you to spread more joy and peace this season.

Jolly Green Smoothie

1/4 cup milk of your choice (I’m using almond milk)

2 cups of fresh, leafy greens (I’m using a mixture of spinach and kale)

1 cup frozen banana

2 cups frozen mango

1 cup frozen pineapple

1/4 cup broccoli (If you have thyroid issues make sure the broccoli is cooked or lightly steamed before adding to the smoothie)

1 tsp spirulina powder

1 tsp chlorella powder

1 tsp wheatgrass powder

You may need a little extra milk to assist the blending, just add a small splash at a time.

Christmas Cranberry Smoothie

1/4 cup milk of your choice (I’m using almond milk)

1/4 cup soaked cashews

1 cup frozen cauliflower

2 cups frozen strawberries

1 cup frozen cranberries

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup goji berries

You may need a little extra milk to assist the blending, just add a small splash at a time. Taste the smoothie to check the flavour, and if the berries are too tart add a tablespoon or two of maple syrup.
