We’re all human, and we all have moments when we slip into a spiral of negative thinking, telling ourselves we aren’t good enough and that dream will never happen.
But, affirmations train you to get out of the negative headspace and quickly focus back on the positive.

Of course, it’s virtually impossible for me to do anything without including the angels! So I bring their powerful energy into my affirmations too!
One fun method I use is to say the affirmation (either out loud or in my mind) and repeat it four times in a row. This number brings the angel energy and invites your angels to help you with your positive affirmations!
