Angel Affirmations for Calmness

Affirmations are positive phrases that you repeat to yourself often. They help bring your focus back to the things you want rather than the things you don’t.

We’re all human, and we all have moments when we slip into a spiral of negative thinking, telling ourselves we aren’t good enough and that dream will never happen.

But, affirmations train you to get out of the negative headspace and quickly focus back on the positive.

They remind you of what you want – happiness, love, peace, tranquility, and healing.

The power of your thoughts

I truly believe that our thoughts have power, and the more we focus on something, the more we attract it. So we should all make an effort to focus on the best possible outcome, the big dreams, the ultimate happiness, and allow those goals to flow into our lives effortlessly.

Always include your angels!

Of course, it’s virtually impossible for me to do anything without including the angels! So I bring their powerful energy into my affirmations too!

One fun method I use is to say the affirmation (either out loud or in my mind) and repeat it four times in a row. This number brings the angel energy and invites your angels to help you with your positive affirmations!

Angel Affirmations for Calmness

Here are some of my favourite angel affirmations for bringing calmness and tranquility:

  • I am at peace
  • My life flows easily and effortlessly
  • Today I can handle any situation I encounter
  • I am strong, and I am balanced
  • My emotions are under my control
  • Great things often happen to me

Choose one, or all, of these angel affirmations and repeat them to yourself several times throughout the day, and you’ll notice you feel more empowered, guided, supported, and balanced.
